Job summary

GE HealthCare in Turkey seeks a senior sales leader to grow revenue across Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, Maternal Infant Care and Accessories. You will implement regional Go-to-market strategies, coordinate forecasts with LCT managers, and shape local modality strategies within the global framework.

You will drive growth for Private/Public/Regional segments, manage pipeline forecasting, and build strong relationships with customers, academia, and government bodies while staying current on

Qualifications

• Education to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent knowledge or experience.
• Experienced in Business Management or Sales/Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare markets and decision makers.
• Strong knowledge of GEHC and exceptional knowledge of products and services offered within the modality.
• Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.
• Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
• Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration, and influence at all levels within an organization.
• Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude
• Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue for ARC, MIC, and Accessories.
• Execute Go-to-market strategy in Turkey with modality leaders.
• Coordinate at LCT level for forecast and business execution.
• Define local modality portfolio strategy within international framework.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for Private, Public & Regional segments.
• Forecast pipeline and sales per reporting cycles.
• Stay updated on customer challenges and trends in healthcare tech and funding.
