Qualifications

• Strong Unity skills and direct engine implementation.
• Excellent 3D/2D design with clear visual hierarchy.
• Experience with A/B testing or LiveOps features.
• Keeps up with mobile game trends and learns from success cases.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in ideation and execution of the game vision.
• Design and implement scalable UI from concept to Unity integration.
• Create and maintain a UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries.
• Create high-quality 3D/2D assets for mobile performance.
• Setup, integrate, and animate UI scenes in Unity.
• Work with designers to align UI with gameplay and accessibility.
• Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live data.
• Propose ideas to boost engagement and improve the user experience.
