Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 1+ year of experience in mobile gaming.
• Passion for games and game development with a focus on player experience.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills; comfortable with data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative thinker who can design innovative features to enhance gameplay.
• Willing to contribute to strategic direction and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Thinking creatively to design unique, fun, and engaging features for our players.
• Collaborating closely with developers, artists, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Structuring, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize player experience.
• Helping set the strategic direction of our games and contributing to product roadmaps and execution.
• Using data and player feedback to iterate on features and ensure alignment with player needs and company goals.
