Agave Games in Istanbul seeks a Product Specialist (New Grad) to join our Product team. You’ll support product decisions, improve game features, design levels, and enhance player experience with close collaboration across PMs, artists and developers.

We are a passionate studio focused on quality, creativity, and player satisfaction, offering learning opportunities, relocation support when needed, and a centrally located office in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• New grad with a bachelor’s degree (or in your final year).
• Strong interest in mobile games and how they are built.
• An analytical mindset with curiosity for working with data.
• Sense of ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Eagerness to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior and game metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Support the design and iteration of game features and mechanics.
• Conduct competitor and market research to generate insights.
• Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests.
• Collaborate with engineers, artists, and data team members.
• Contribute ideas to improve gameplay and player experience.
• Support product decisions with data and research.
