Rollic, Istanbul-based game developer and publisher, seeks a Product Manager with 4+ years of gaming product experience. You will drive data-informed decisions, shape the product roadmap, and collaborate across design, engineering, and marketing to deliver mobile casual titles.

You will own features from concept to publish, balance monetization with player experience, and help grow a diverse portfolio of globally popular games.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in gaming.
• Data-driven approach with metrics to define success.
• Strong understanding of mobile casual or hybrid-casual games.
• Experience owning roadmaps and prioritization.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player with focus on player experience.

Responsibilities

• Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule.
• Analyze data and derive insights on game features.
• Help set strategic direction for games and develop the product roadmap.
• Contribute to the entire game development cycle from concept to publish.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team to create engaging games.
• Improve game experience through player feedback, data, and experimentation.
• Design and evolve game mechanics, progression, live events and monetization features.
• Balance speed, quality, and impact under tight deadlines.
• Provide the best game experience through engaging features built with data and creativity.
