Job summary

Gamegos in Turkey is seeking a motivated team member to contribute to casual mobile game development. You will work with developers and artists to design and implement features, tune levels, and help deliver high-quality releases on time.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering or related fields, excellent English, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree from a reputable university in Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Excellent logical and analytical capabilities.
• High proficiency with Excel.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to carry out business with both technical and non-technical team members effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Open to learning new technologies, especially AI tools and applications.
• A self-starter, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated personality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and artists to design, implement, and tune game features.
• Design, implement, tune and maintain game features and levels.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with approved quality.
• Removing impediments to the games development by finding the right solutions.
• Testing iOS and Android versions for functionality, usability and performance.
• Negotiating, planning and managing all release activities working with the game development team.
• Analyzing and optimizing metrics for games using reporting tools.
