Job summary

Velo Games is seeking an Operations Manager to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of our mobile games. You will collaborate with development, design, art, QA, and marketing to turn priorities into actionable plans and keep projects on track.

You will own planning, delivery, launches, and live operations, translating player feedback and KPIs into concrete action while improving processes and reporting. This role is on-site at our Gaziemir, İzmir office.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English written and spoken communication.
• Proven experience in operations, project management, production, or similar coordination roles.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align goals and responsibilities.
• Manage planning, timelines, milestones, and release calendars; identify risks and blockers.
• Coordinate launch preparations, updates, events, and post-launch follow-up with teams.
• Translate player feedback and metrics into actionable priorities and follow-up on execution.
• Build workflows, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress and risk updates to leadership.
