Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Microsoft Presales Consultant in Istanbul. This hybrid, full-time role combines presales consulting with hands-on implementation to design and deliver Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions.

You will partner with customers, run PoCs, and lead workshops on cloud, infra, and migration strategies while translating complex requirements into clear, commercially aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in system administration, engineering, or IT consultancy.
• Deep understanding of Azure IaaS, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and hybrid scenarios.
• Experience with server and workload migrations to the cloud.
• Fluency in Turkish and solid technical English.

Responsibilities

• Meet with IT and business leaders to understand challenges and shape solution designs.
• Prepare technical proposals, run PoCs, and lead workshops on cloud, infra, and migration strategies.

As a Microsoft Presales Consultant, you’ll partner with customers to understand their challenges, design the right Microsoft-based infrastructure, and lead the technical delivery of the projects you create. It’s a mix of presales consulting and hands‑on implementation, perfect for someone who enjoys both advising and building.

What you’ll do

Job Requirements

• Strong hands‑on background in system administration, engineering, or IT consultancy.
• Deep understanding of Azure IaaS, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and hybrid scenarios.
• Experience with server and workload migrations to the cloud.
• Confidence working with AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Stack HCI.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in Turkish and solid technical English.

Nice to have

Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Windows Server Hybrid (AZ-800).
