Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent fields.
• Open to both recent graduates and candidates with prior experience in individual and/or SME banking and marketing.
• Strong interest in developing a career in individual, SME banking and marketing.
• Solution- and target-oriented approach with strong persuasive communication skills.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prone to teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the satisfaction and continuity of existing customers.
• Representing the bank appropriately and professionally.
• Fulfilling duties in accordance with applicable legislation and the bank’s internal policies and regulations.
• Conducting customer visits in line with the target customer segment and the bank’s marketing and sales strategies.
• Evaluating potential customers in accordance with the bank’s customer acceptance and working criteria.
• Acquiring new customers through market research, customer analysis and benchmarking.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Contributing to the achievement of individual and team marketing and sales targets.
