Responsibilities include 24/7 clinical care, triage, referral, and coordination with remote medical teams; plus participation in preventive health, record-keeping, and training. Offshore rotation, competitive package discussed during selection.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with valid license to practice.
• BOSIET certification (Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training).
• Offshore or location-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical consultations and medical care to offshore personnel.
• Deliver 24/7 emergency and non-emergency medical response on site.
• Ensure appropriate patient triage, stabilization, and referral where required.
• Coordinate with remote medical support and assistance centres for case escalation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
• Support continuous quality improvement and participate in clinic audits.
• Monitor clinic utilization, hygiene standards, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and escalation procedures.
• Participate in emergency response planning and disaster preparedness.
• Act as a medical escort for evacuations when required.
• Deliver first aid and CPR training to non-medical personnel.
• Support onboard HSE activities where appropriate without compromising clinical care.

Offshore Doctor – Turkey (Offshore Rotation)

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Offshore Doctor to deliver comprehensive medical support in a remote offshore environment in Turkey. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality clinical care, emergency response readiness, and ongoing health promotion for personnel on site.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Emergency Response

• Provide high-quality clinical consultations and medical care to offshore personnel
• Deliver 24/7 emergency and non-emergency medical response on site
• Ensure appropriate patient triage, stabilization, and referral where required
• Coordinate with remote medical support and assistance centres for case escalation

Continuity of Care & Preventative Health

• Ensure continuity of care including follow-up, referrals, and case management
• Support and implement preventative health programmes and medical screenings
• Promote health awareness, disease prevention, and personal protection initiatives

Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance

• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in line with international standards
• Support continuous quality improvement and participate in clinic audits
• Monitor clinic utilization, hygiene standards, and reporting requirements
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and escalation procedures

Operational & Offshore Support

• Participate in emergency response planning and disaster preparedness
• Act as a medical escort for evacuations when required

Requirements

Qualifications & Certifications

• Medical Degree with valid license to practice

Experience

• Proven experience in Emergency Medicine
• Prior offshore or remote site medical experience is highly desirable
• Strong clinical decision-making and emergency response capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional bedside manner with a strong patient-care focus
• Ability to work independently in remote and high-pressure environments
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• High level of cultural awareness and adaptability
