Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Manager to develop marketing strategies for Acute Care and Sage portfolios in the META region, including Türkiye, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. You will combine market insights with commercial strategy to strengthen product positioning and drive growth.

As an individual contributor, you will work with Sales, Customer Service, Events and other teams to shape product strategies, support launches, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and product positioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and marketing plans that align with objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyze market and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive product positioning and messaging across customer segments.
• Partner with Sales and commercial teams to develop sales tools and training.
• Lead cross‑functional launches, business cases, and lifecycle activities.
• Leverage insights to strengthen customer engagement and inform strategy.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support pricing and portfolio decisions with market analysis.
