Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to develop and execute medical strategies across Advanced Surgery and Anesthesia portfolios in CEEMEA. You will partner with commercial teams, provide medical expertise, and support compliance and education initiatives.

You will engage with healthcare professionals, lead scientific exchange, and travel to meet country needs, including OR-based activities and simulations, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Medical strategy development aligned with regional needs and guidelines.
• Ability to translate evidence into actionable medical plans and education.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and KOLs.
• Strong ethical and compliant approach to medical activities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across CEEMEA regions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and document Medical Inquiries (Med Info).
• Prepare, review, and approve scientific slides, brochures, and reports.
• Deliver lectures, webinars, and trainings for internal and external audiences.
• Engage with top KOLs for peer-to-peer medical discussions.
• Plan and execute medical initiatives (advisory boards, RTDs, symposia).
• Attend congresses and stay updated with publications.
• Travel 40%+ of time to meet country needs and conduct field visits.
• Participate in OR settings for observerships and medical discussions.
• Support Surgical Wetlabs and Anesthesia Simulations in centers of excellence.
