Job summary

AIESEC Mexico is seeking a Medical Advisor for health tourism in Fatih, Turkey. Your main responsibilities include communicating with customers to assess their needs and explaining treatments to future patients. You will also track sales activities, prepare reports on achievements, and earn bonuses based on your performance.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and will work five days a week, benefiting from international exposure and support from AIESEC during their tenure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Serve as a medical advisor to explain treatments to future patients (health tourism).
• Prepare and present achievements and KIPs.
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
• Earn bonus according to performance on sales. Base salary plus monthly target‑based commissions.

Working Days

EPs will work 5 days a week.

• Accommodation: A place to stay will be provided but not paid for. You will have to cover the cost.
• Computer: A computer will be provided.
• Leadership training: AIESEC will be providing leadership training during your experience.
• Visa: AIESEC VISA – required for the duration of the opportunity.
• Insurance: Health insurance required for the duration of the opportunity.
