Job summary

AIESEC Mexico is inviting talented interns to join their health tourism team in Turkey. Interns will engage with existing and potential customers, acting as medical advisors and tracking sales activities. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Bulgarian are essential. The role provides valuable experience and international exposure.

Interns will work five days a week, earning bonuses based on sales performance. Accommodation support will be provided but at a cost to the intern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Fluency in Bulgarian.
• Any nationality is welcome.

Overview

International Plus is a leading provider of plastic and cosmetic surgery based in Turkey. We are inviting talented interns to join our health tourism team and engage with existing and potential customers.

Interns will be responsible for reaching out to prospective patients to present our products and services, communicate treatment options, track sales activity, and support the marketing process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and needs.
• Act as a medical advisor to explain treatments to future patients.
• Prepare and present achievements and KPIs.
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep account information up-to-date.
• Earn bonuses based on sales performance; base salary plus monthly target‑based commissions.

Schedule

EPs will work five days a week.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (required).
