NovaTaste Austria GmbH in Türkiye seeks an experienced sales professional to lead business development for the meat industry. You will manage key accounts, identify opportunities, visit customers, and present tailored solutions.

Coordinate samples, quotations, and contract negotiations while working closely with Supply Chain, Technical and Marketing teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• At least three years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the food ingredients industry.
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Life Sciences, or comparable qualification.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop existing customer relationships in the meat sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers.
• Visit Purchasing and R&D teams regularly at customers.
• Present products and tailor solutions to customers.
• Coordinate shipment of samples and documentation.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and contracts.
• Monitor orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Technical, and Marketing teams.
