Job summary

Bigger Games in Istanbul is looking for a curious Marketing Intern to support the Performance Marketing team and learn the ins and outs of mobile game advertising. You will brainstorm creative ideas, analyze gameplay data, and help translate concepts into campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing studio.

Ideal candidates are students with a passion for games, strong teamwork, and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a university degree and available to work at least 3 days per week from our office.
• Strong passion for mobile games, especially hybrid casual games, with an understanding of gameplay mechanics and player experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and approach challenges from different perspectives.
• Creative mindset and curiosity to explore trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Performance Marketing team in developing and executing creative concepts for our games.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Play and analyze hybrid casual games to understand gameplay mechanics and player motivations.
• Research market trends, competitor games, and high-performing ad creatives to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team from ideation to execution.
• Test our games and provide feedback on gameplay and user experience.
