Job summary

MoovBuddy is seeking a junior AI-driven content creator to produce engaging video assets for performance marketing. You will use AI tools to generate and edit videos, captions, and localized content for mobile campaigns.

Based in Istanbul, you’ll join a global team including teams in Istanbul and London, collaborating with UA and growth to test ideas quickly. New graduates or 1 year of experience are welcome, with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• New graduate or 1 year of experience in AI-driven content creation or video editing.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling) or portfolio work.
• Interest in visual storytelling and short-form video trends for mobile app marketing.
• Curious about new AI tools and willing to try emerging workflows.
• Ability to work fast and iterate with multiple variations in short cycles.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Produce creative video for performance marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools.
• Handle creative editing, captioning, resizing, and localization adjustments.
• Rapidly iterate on creative concepts to support A/B testing and creative testing roadmaps.
• Adapt creative content across different formats and channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Stay up to date with new AI creative tools and workflows, proactively bringing new techniques into the team.
• Collaborate with the UA and growth team to translate insights into new creative directions.
• Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, templates, and prompt workflows.

Work Setup:

This role is fully remote for candidates outside İstanbul. For those based in İstanbul, we follow a hybrid model; 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Produce creative video for performance marketing campaigns using AI-powered tools (video generation, image generation, voice/audio tools, editing assistants)
• Handle creative editing, captioning, resizing, and localization adjustments,
• Rapidly iterate on creative concepts to support A/B testing and creative testing roadmaps
• Adapt creative content across different formats and channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Stay up to date with new AI creative tools and workflows, proactively bringing new techniques into the team's production process
• Collaborate with the UA and growth team to understand what's working and translate that into new creative directions
• Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, templates, and prompt workflows

What We’re Looking For

• New graduate or 1 year of experience in AI-driven content creation, video editing
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, or similar); personal projects or portfolio work also count,
• Interest in visual storytelling and short-form video trends (especially in mobile app marketing or social media content),
• A natural curiosity about new AI tools, and eagerness to quickly try out emerging workflows,
• Ability to work fast and iterate; comfortable producing multiple creative variations in short cycles,
• Good command of English,
• Open to continuously developing themselves and their work; curious about exploring and experimenting with new tools, formats, and techniques,
