Siemens Marketing and Communications is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support internal and external communications. You will assist with materials, events, and digital content while coordinating with teams to maintain Siemens brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in communications or related field and 1–3 years of experience, strong English writing skills, and excellent organizational abilities in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with social media and digital content when required.
• Coordinate information with internal teams and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.

For our Siemens Marketing and Communications team, we are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist who will support the team in the execution of internal and external communication activities.

What part will you play?

• Support the team in the execution of internal and external communication activities.
• Assist with the preparation and adaptation of communication materials and content for different audiences and channels.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external events, including invitations, presentations, participant communication, and other event-related materials.
• Support the team with external communication activities, such as trade fairs, conferences, customer events, and other corporate events.
• Assist with the preparation of social media and digital communication content when required.
• Coordinate basic information and materials with internal teams and functions as needed.
• Ensure that communication materials follow Siemens brand guidelines and corporate communication standards.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Marketing & Communications team.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, event management, or a related field.
• Interest in internal and external communications and employee engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
