Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of legal experience, preferably maritime law, strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English to advise international clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in maritime law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills for cross-border matters.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to advise international clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maritime, commercial and corporate matters.
• Draft/negotiat e transactional documents for yacht and vessel sales.
