Job summary

Procter & Gamble Gebze Plant offers a 10-week summer internship on-site from July to September 2027. You will own one or two major projects from day one and work within Digitalization, Cost Reduction, Innovation, and Process Improvement initiatives.

Mentors will guide you, and top interns may secure a full-time position after graduation. The program aims to grow digital-savvy talents and develop future Product Supply / Manufacturing leaders in a high-tech, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with 2028 graduation expectation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong thinking, problem-solving, leadership and innovation skills.
• Passion to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on internship projects across Digitalization, Cost Reduction, Innovation, Process Improvement.
• Contribute to Energy & Utility Optimization and other process initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Receive mentorship and coaching from leaders throughout the program.
