Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Istanbul is offering a purchasing internship to learn sourcing strategy and supply-chain optimization for consumer products. You will own sourcing decisions and support the backbone of our operations, with exposure to multiple teams and projects.

The internship runs on-site from July to September 2027, with ownership of key projects and potential for a full-time role after graduation. A diverse, mentorship-driven environment helps you grow and develop professional leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2028.
Fluent in both written & spoken English.
Strong thinking/problem-solving, leadership, innovation skills.
Passion to learn and grow yourself.
Ability to collaborate optimally within a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Analyzing sourcing markets and developing expertise in those markets.
Developing strategies for sourcing that would increase our innovation pipeline, drive costs down, and influence industries to transform themselves.
Negotiating the right deals, with the right suppliers, for the right reasons.
Working with supplier to optimize inventory levels, order quantities and logistics.
Shifting supplier relationships and industries to be a Force for Good and a Force for Growth by incorporating Sustainability and Equality & Inclusion into your work.
