Job summary

VidRush is seeking a QA Tester to own quality across VidRush, an AI-native video generation platform. You’ll write clear test cases, run them consistently, and report bugs that engineers can reproduce and fix.

This hands-on manual testing role rewards curiosity and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to clarify requirements, perform cross-browser tests, and help keep QA documentation tidy and useful.

Qualifications

1–3 years in a manual QA or testing role.
Solid understanding of QA fundamentals: test case design, bug lifecycle, severity vs priority.
Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices.
Proficient with a bug tracker (Jira/Linear) and a test management tool (TestRail/Qase/Zephyr).
Clear, precise written communication in English.
Detail-oriented and meticulous in spotting issues.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain test cases and checklists for new features and regressions.
Run functional, UI, cross-browser and cross-device testing on our web platform.
Test video generation and rendering flows end to end — upload, processing, output quality, edge cases.
Log clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, environment and evidence.
Verify fixes and run regression passes before releases.
Work directly with engineers and product to clarify requirements and question anything ambiguous.
Help keep our QA documentation tidy and useful.
