Job summary

VidRush is seeking a QA Tester to own quality across our AI-native video generation platform. This is a hands-on, manual testing role focused on writing clear test cases, executing them consistently, and reporting reproducible bugs for engineers to fix.

You'll perform functional, UI, cross-browser and cross-device testing, log precise bug reports, verify fixes, and work closely with product and engineering to clarify requirements and maintain tidy QA documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a manual QA or testing role.
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals: test case design, test types, bug lifecycle, severity vs priority.
• Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices.
• Comfortable with a bug tracker (Jira, Linear, or similar) and a test management tool (TestRail, Qase, Zephyr, or a well-organised spreadsheet).
• Precise, written communication — a good bug report is a piece of writing.
• Working English, written and spoken.
• A genuinely detail-obsessed streak. You notice the misaligned button and the off-by-one timestamp.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test cases and checklists for new features and regressions
• Run functional, UI, cross-browser and cross-device testing on our web platform
• Test video generation and rendering flows end to end — upload, processing, output quality, edge cases
• Log clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs. actual, environment and evidence
• Verify fixes and run regression passes before releases
• Work directly with engineers and product to clarify requirements and question anything ambiguous
• Help keep our QA documentation tidy and useful
