Job summary

Boschgroup is seeking a maintenance engineer to plan electrical and mechanical maintenance for a range of machines and equipment in Manisa, Turkey. The role includes involvement in transfer projects and leading construction and revision efforts.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics, SAP maintenance experience, and strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and learn new technologies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics engineering.
• Experience with SAP maintenance module.
• Fluent in English; strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Electrical & Mechanical Planned and Unplanned Maintenance for machines & equipment.
• Participate in production transfer projects focusing on maintenance of new machinery.
• Lead machine construction and revision activities.
• Oversee spare parts management activities.
• Lead problem solving and technical improvement initiatives.
