Ford Otosan is seeking a Safety Engineer with a strong background in machine safety to develop and implement safety standards across all plants in Turkey. You will lead risk assessments, design and evaluate safety policies, and coordinate trainings to ensure compliant and safe manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelors in Engineering focusing on machine safety, a professional safety certification, and at least four years of related experience, with good English communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Machine Safety preferred).
• Focus will be on machine Safety engineering perspective.
• Certified as B (or above) occupation safety professional.
• Minimum 4 years of experience on occupational safety.
• Machinery safety certificate and experience would be preferred.
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update company safety procedures and standards.
• Identify, develop, organize and implement occupational health and safety trainings.
• Develop, communicate and implement safety policies and procedures across the company.
• Review equipment/machinery risk assessments to ensure safe machinery during design and deployment.
• Involve in machinery risk assessment for design, build, modification and commissioning of machinery with regard to safety.
• Be part of risk assessment teams for new technologies.
