We’re looking for an university student to join our content team in Istanbul for a long term, paid internship. This isn’t an internship where you’ll just observe from the sidelines. From day one, you’ll get hands‑on experience helping test our SaaS platforms, from how features work to how the content reads in different languages.
What You Will Do
- Test new platform features and updates step by step, following prepared test cases.
- Check learning content and the interface from a learner’s perspective, making sure the flow is clear and logical.
- Challenge our content from an e-learning point of view: put yourself in the learner’s shoes, and flag anything that is unclear, too long, outdated, or not engaging enough.
- Spot functional bugs as well as content issues: translation errors, missing translations, inconsistent terminology, and layout problems such as overflowing text or right‑to‑left display.
- Report issues clearly, with screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and severity.
- Work with the development team to track fixes and re‑test them (regression testing).
- Over time, help write test cases and improve our quality checklists.
Who We Are Looking For
- 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in a related field, such as Computer or Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Translation and Interpreting, English Language and Literature, or Instructional Technology.
- A sharp eye for detail and patience with repetitive tasks.
- Interest in software testing, e-learning, or AI.
Nice to have
- A second language among German, French, Spanish, Arabic, or other.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, or Notion, and with Excel or Google Sheets.
- A course or certificate in software testing.
