Job summary

Bayer is seeking a highly motivated Long Term Trade Marketing Intern to join our Consumer Health Trade Marketing team in Turkey. The role involves working on shopper marketing projects, POSM development, and AI-powered marketing solutions, with exposure to data analysis and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Strategy, Marketing, and Digital teams.

You will support in-store activations, campaign tracking, and coordination with agencies and suppliers while developing presentations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (3rd or 4th year).
• Available to work minimum 3 days per week.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of in-store activation projects and POSM planning.
• Assist in shopper marketing campaigns and promotional material development.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Long Term Trade Marketing Intern to support our Consumer Health Trade Marketing team.

The intern will have the opportunity to work on shopper marketing projects, pharmacy channel activations, point-of-sale materials (POSM), commercial excellence initiatives, loyalty programs, sales support projects, and innovative AI-powered marketing solutions.

This position offers hands-on exposure to trade marketing strategy, data analysis, shopper insights, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Strategy, Marketing, and Digital teams

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and execution of in-store activation projects.
• Assist in POSM planning, adaptation, and performance evaluations.
• Support shopper marketing campaigns and promotional material development.
• Help coordinate agency and supplier communications.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze sales, sell-out, and market performance data.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Support tracking of campaign effectiveness and execution KPIs.
• Assist in identifying shopper and pharmacy channel insights.

Digital & AI Projects

• Assist in testing and evaluating AI-powered tools.
• Contribute to data gathering, documentation, and project follow-up activities.
• Support pilot implementations and user feedback collection.

Project Management Support

• Coordinate meetings and follow-up action items.
• Support preparation of presentations for local and global stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining project trackers and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Digital functions.

WHO YOU ARE

Must Have

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student
• Ability to work minimum 3 days per week.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred

• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of AI tools and digital technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel analytics, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience with PowerPoint design, or content creation is an advantage
