HONOR in Turkey is seeking a meticulous compliance professional to oversee daily contract reviews for the representative office, covering procurement, sales, loans, and related party transactions.

You will ensure subsidiaries' legal compliance, oversee publicity guidelines, HR, and after-sales litigation responses, and collaborate with global tech brands while supporting business development in the Turkish market.

• Ensure legal compliance of subsidiaries, such as registrations and changes of legal representative.
• Perform business compliance reviews, covering publicity guidelines, HR, and after-sales litigation response.

• Responsible for daily contract reviews for the representative office, including but not limited to procurement, sales, loans, and related party transactions.
• Responsible for legal compliance of subsidiaries, such as industrial and commercial registration updates and changes of legal representative.
• Responsible for business compliance reviews, covering publicity guidelines, human resources, and after-sales litigation response.
