Job summary

Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with competition, data privacy, IP and employment laws across the group. You will work closely with business units to translate regulations into actionable guidance and protect corporate interests.

Based in our office, you will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage disputes, and lead training programs to foster a culture of integrity and sound governance across operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of legal experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent/Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on competition law and compliance across the business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Develop and oversee compliance programs and training.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on governance.
