Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey seeks a seasoned Lead SAP EWM Consultant to architect and deliver material flow solutions using SAP EWM. You will partner with stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end SAP EWM rollouts, including blueprints, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.

The role requires deep SAP EWM expertise, warehouse operations knowledge, and experience with automation like conveyors/AS/RS. English fluency and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP EWM experience including full implementation cycles.
• At least 1 year leading teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flows.
• Experience with warehouse automation (conveyors, AS/RS) and RF systems.
• Knowledge of MM, SD, TM integration with SAP EWM.
• Proficient English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, architect, and roll out SAP EWM-based warehouse and logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational workflows into SAP EWM configurations and designs.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP EWM rollouts from blueprint to go-live and support.
• Define material flow strategies including automation like conveyors and AS/RS.
• Configure EWM features: Goods Receipt/Issue, Yard, Labor, Inventory, and POSC/EPSC.
• Diagnose issues in SAP EWM operations and ensure adherence to standards and Lean practices.
• Deliver end-user training, create documentation, and provide hyper-care after launch.
• Coordinate with MM, SD, TM teams to ensure SAP module integration.
