Job summary

GÜRİŞ Technology seeks a Senior/Lead Mobile Game Developer to spearhead a new mobile gaming initiative in a small, fast-moving team. You will own concepts from prototype to polished mobile release, building gameplay systems in Unity/C# and shaping the technical roadmap.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast iteration, and collaboration with a 2–3 person team to create engaging puzzle and casual experiences with monetization and analytics integration.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience developing games with Unity and C#.
• Experience shipping at least one commercial mobile game.
• Strong understanding of mobile game architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience with App Store and Google Play deployment.
• Knowledge of mobile monetization: IAP, rewarded ads, interstitials and game economies.
• Understanding of retention, progression systems and mobile-game analytics.
• Ability to independently turn game concepts into working prototypes.
• Strong product mindset — not just coding what is specified, but contributing to how the game should work and feel.
• Experience with puzzle, casual, hybrid-casual or strategy mobile games is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of mobile games from prototype to launch.
• Build gameplay systems and game architecture in Unity / C#.
• Develop engaging puzzle and casual game mechanics.
• Implement progression, level systems, player economy and live-game features.
• Integrate in-app purchases, rewarded ads and mobile monetization systems.
• Work on analytics, retention and player-behavior systems.
• Optimize games for both iOS and Android.
• Rapidly prototype and test new game concepts.
• Help define the technical roadmap and development standards for our gaming initiative.
• Potentially help us build and mentor the rest of the small game development team.
