Job summary

Voodoo in Istanbul is seeking a talented Game Designer focused on Puzzle games to drive the next hit. You will lead design initiatives, balance gameplay, and ensure innovations meet high standards of quality and player experience.

You are experienced in mobile games, F2P or RPG, with an analytical mindset and strong English communication. The role involves collaborating across UI, UX, and gameplay to deliver a market-ready title.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Game Development and at least 3 years as a game designer.
• Experience working on mobile games, F2P or RPG.
• Experience in designing LiveOps for a live product is a huge plus.
• Creative and hacker mindset.
• Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to detail.
• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline for the project.
• Pitch and implement big features to the team, breaking them into components.
• Own game balancing, pacing, and feel.
• Back up ideas with data points and analytics.
• Deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics.
• Contribute to UI, UX, game logic, performance, and overall gameplay.
