Job summary

Deel is seeking a technical leader to coordinate and lead a dynamic team supporting internal tools and automation solutions. In this hands‑on role, you will drive technical excellence while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation across Customer Experience, Operations and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development or automation roles.
• Proven leadership or team coordination experience.
• Strong programming/scripting skills.
• Experience with API development and cloud platforms.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead day-to-day work of a technical team.
• Act as hands-on contributor while supporting team members.
• Support integrations across platforms like Zendesk and Jira.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
• Contribute to AI and automation initiatives.
• Promote technical standards and documentation.
• Participate in architecture decisions and planning.
• Monitor performance and optimize applications.
