Job summary

Novartis is seeking a data and digital transformation lead to drive the execution of data as a strategic asset across the organization. You will design and deploy LDC in-scope processes, guide data cleansing and master data dictionary activities, and work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver standardized solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in country and global positions, fluency in English, and exposure to regulatory/compliance frameworks such as FDA and GxP.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in country and global roles.
• English required; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of data & digital initiatives as a strategic asset.
• Define and implement LDC in-scope processes and master data dictionary with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, regulatory and security standards (FDA, GxP, NFCM).
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with country and global teams to deliver standardized solutions.
