Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or digital program implementation in manufacturing.
• Strong change management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong project management competencies to deliver digitalization projects on-scope, on-time and on-budget.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation across a global network, driving adoption of core digital systems (SAP, MES) and improving processes.
• Gather requirements, align with organizational goals, and drive process improvements; eliminate deviations and harmonize practices.
• Establish KPIs and implement automated reporting to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance to enable a data-driven enterprise; promote AI use where appropriate.
• Lead and develop a diverse Digital Transformation team through coaching, staffing and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
