Freudenberg Group in Kapaklı, Marmara Region, Turkey, is seeking a laboratory/quality control professional to manage operations, calibration, QC testing of materials, and COA preparation.

You will maintain documentation, support investigations, ensure ISO standards compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement, with 1–4 years of experience and a chemistry or related degree. Based in Kapaklı, this role offers a hands-on QC environment.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 1–4 years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, QC processes, and analytical techniques.
• Experience with COA preparation and laboratory documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• Perform quality control testing of raw materials and finished products and maintain related records.
• Prepare and manage Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Maintain witness samples and laboratory documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Support customer complaint investigations through testing and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, EHS requirements and legal regulations.
• Lead and support continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives.
• Coordinate product inspections, audits and certification activities.
• Monitor laboratory budget needs and equipment investments.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, EHS requirements and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, QC processes, and analytical techniques.
• Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and verification.
• Familiarity with TSE, ASTM, DIN, and related standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and EHS requirements.
• Experience in COA preparation and laboratory documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.
• Intermediate level English proficiency (preferred).
