Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Data Specialist in Istanbul to review records produced by the team and ensure client KYC profiles comply with regulatory standards.

You will perform research across public and internal sources, escalate discrepancies to the lines of business, and help maintain timely SLAs.

Fluency in English and Turkish, plus at least two years’ KYC/AML experience, are required to join the team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML standards and processes (minimum 2 years' industry experience).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate risk.
• Proactive, flexible workload management and ability to work with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze confidential client data from public and internal sources to ensure KYC compliance.
• Apply CIP, SDD, EDD, LDD, SpDD, and PDD in due diligence reviews.
• Identify discrepancies, suggest amendments, and escalate AML red flags to compliance.
