Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Client Data Specialist in our KYC quality reviewer team.

You will review records completed by the production team to ensure client KYC records comply with regulatory standards, maintain high quality and timely completion, and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate lines of business. This role requires researching client data from public and internal sources, applying CIP, SDD, EDD, LDD, SpDD, and PDD, and upholding confidentiality while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication with conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
• Resilient interpersonal skills and ability to partner with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and flexible approach to workload and team targets.
• Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards (2+ years).
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze confidential client data to ensure KYC compliance.
• Apply CIP, SDD, EDD, LDD, SpDD, and PDD due diligence processes.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate AML red flags to compliance.
• Ensure reviews meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Review data from public and internal sources.
• Maintain confidentiality for clients and colleagues.
• Summarize KYC risks and mitigation in client risk summaries.
