Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Moderator (CM) for on-site work in Ankara, Turkey. The role requires Kurdish (Sorani) and English level B1, with a start date of 22 December 2025 and rotating shifts.

You will review content for guideline compliance, apply rotations (07:30–16:30, 15:00–00:00, 23:30–08:00), and participate in a dynamic moderation team. Visa support is provided for the Sorani Kurdish project.

Qualifications

• English language knowledge at level B1

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content according to guidelines
• Identify and escalate policy violations
