Job summary

Moxy Hotels Izmir is seeking a full-time dishwashing/utility associate to operate and maintain cleaning equipment, wash and disinfect areas, receive deliveries, rotate stock, and ensure wares are properly stored. You will follow safety policies and report maintenance needs to your supervisor.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a cooperative team spirit to help keep our kitchen clean, organized and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes.
• Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items; send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand or walk for long periods.
