AVL in Türkiye Research and Engineering is seeking a Powertrain Simulation Engineer to develop digital twins and perform 1D modelling and simulations across powertrain, thermal, and acoustics domains.
You will handle KPI generation, test-case development, and collaborate with AVL experts to apply the latest technologies in a fast-paced R&D environment. Fluent English required; Turkish preferred.

System simulation and optimization play a critical role in the development of modern powertrains. As a powertrain simulation engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with complex automotive systems and be responsible for 1D modelling, simulation and analysis activities in areas such as complete powertrain performance, thermal management, and NVH & acoustics, supporting system optimization and concept development.
