La Lorraine Bakery Group invites early-career professionals with a technical background in food technology to join a two-year trainee program designed to become a Production Technologist. Throughout the program, you will work on project-based assignments that drive business impact and foster your professional growth:

• Product Expertise: Explore our key product groups: Bakery, Sweet On-The-Go, Viennoiserie, and Savory
• Technical Skills: Gain in-depth knowledge of LLBG products, industrial lines, Technologist tools, and NPD processes
• Project Management: Lead and support projects, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across international teams & sites
• Professional Development: Enhance skills in communication, training, and international collaboration

Your profile

• Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Ideally, 2-3 years experience in the food industry
• Strong understanding of English
• Passion for food and innovation
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and independence
• Willingness to travel within Europe
