Job summary

biletwise in Istanbul, Türkiye invites applications for Jr. Operation Manager with English fluency to join our Europe-based e-commerce team. You will help manage events and product entries, ensure data accuracy, and support buyers and sellers through smooth operations.

Qualifications

• University degree completed.
• 2+ years of experience or recently graduated with long-term part-time work in education life.
• Proficiency in at least one of English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Arabic.
• Able to handle flexible working hours and fast tempo.
• Interested in and following sports and music events.
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enter worldwide events (products) into the system, including when and where they happen.
• Control, track and confirm the correctness of products entered into the system.
• Provide best, polite and helpful operational support to users who buy and sell through the system.
• Participate in all operational activities carried out by the team.
• Produce new content that contributes to the SEO of the products.
