Zusammenfassung

Demant is seeking an experienced Jr. Brand Manager to join our Marketing and Corporate Communications team in Istanbul (Kadıköy/Yenisahra).

You will develop and execute marketing plans for the Diagnostics Business Unit, manage product launches, campaigns and materials, and lead digital activities across channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring collaboration with Sales, Product and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Min. 4-5 years of marketing experience; diagnostics/medical industry a plus.
• Experience in brand management, digital marketing, project management, congresses and event management.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, communication and planning skills with attention to detail and analytics.
• Able to work hands-on in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset with focus on market and customer insights.
• Strong communication, content creation and digital skills.
• Collaborative across teams and eager to learn and grow.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute marketing and brand plans for the Diagnostics Business Unit.

• Manage digital marketing including website, social media, campaigns and performance.
• Plan, organize and conduct Customer and HCP/KOL meetings and sponsorships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Work with Sales, Technical Service, Product Specialists and other teams to support growth.
• Collaborate with global and local teams, agencies and partners.
• Support marketing budget planning, reporting and performance tracking.

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Brand Manager to join our Marketing and Corporate Communications team, with a dedicated focus on our Diagnostics Business Unit. (Yenisahra/ Kadıköy/ Istanbul)

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys turning business needs and market insights into meaningful marketing initiatives, working closely with different teams and managing projects from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and brand plans for the Diagnostics Business Unit in line with business objectives.
• Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, meetings and marketing activities.
• Develop and localize marketing and communication materials in line with global brand and claims guidelines.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website, social media and digital campaigns, and monitor performance.
• Plan, organize and conduct Customer and HCP/KOL meetings, Congresses, HCP sponsorships in line with regulatory requirements.
• Follow market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical Service, Product Specialists and other internal teams to support business growth.
• Collaborate with global and local Demant teams, agencies and external partners.
• Support marketing budget planning, reporting and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Min. 4-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles; experience in the diagnostics or medical industry is a strong plus.
• Experience in brand management, digital marketing, project management, congresses and event management.
• Stakeholder management skills, strong organization, communication and planning skills with attention to detail and analytical approach
• Ability to work in a hands-on, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
