Important note for recent graduates:

Candidates who are recent graduates or have less than one year of professional experience are encouraged to apply instead to our Long‑Term Architectural Intern position. Through this program, recent graduates complete an initial three‑month structured internship and training period, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent Architect position upon successful completion, subject to performance and business requirements.

What We Offer
  • A people‑first culture that values collaboration, professional growth, and individual contribution
  • Opportunity to work on international projects across the EU, UK, Turkey, and MENA regions
  • Direct exposure to the design and operational requirements of leading global corporations and institutional clients
  • Hands‑on involvement in large‑scale logistics, industrial, and commercial developments from concept through implementation
  • Close collaboration with experienced architects, engineers, and project managers within multidisciplinary teams
  • Meaningful project responsibilities and the opportunity to take ownership early in your career
  • Flexible and supportive working practices that encourage learning, initiative, and continuous improvement
  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and contributions are genuinely valued
  • Fast professional development through real project responsibilities rather than repetitive support tasks
  • Long‑term career development opportunities within a growing international design and engineering company
Is This Role Right for You?

This role may be a strong fit for you if you:

  • Aspire to build an international architectural career and gain experience working on projects across different countries and markets
  • Enjoy collaborating with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in an international working environment
  • Are particularly interested in the technical, analytical, and operational side of architecture
  • Enjoy working with test‑fit studies, space planning, capacity analyses, area calculations, technical layouts, and design standards
  • Like solving design problems based on data, operational requirements, technical constraints, and clearly defined parameters
  • Are interested in understanding how large‑scale logistics and industrial facilities operate and translating those requirements into efficient architectural solutions
  • Enjoy precision, structure, coordination, and problem‑solving as much as the creative aspects of architecture
  • Want to develop strong experience in international design standards, client requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Are comfortable working in an environment where design decisions are often driven by functionality, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance
This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If…

Your primary career goal is to develop predominantly in:

  • Conceptual or conventional architectural design, with a strong focus on architectural expression and form‑making
  • Visualization, rendering, 3D imagery, or presentation‑focused design
  • Interior design or highly visual design disciplines
  • Construction site execution, site supervision, or field management
  • A design environment where aesthetic exploration is the primary driver of the architectural process

Our Design Team focuses primarily on technical and operational architectural design for large‑scale industrial and logistics projects. A significant part of the role involves test‑fit development, space planning, capacity and area studies, technical documentation, design compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination, rather than visualization or render‑driven architectural design.

We want candidates to have a clear understanding of this distinction before applying. Both career paths offer valuable opportunities within architecture; this position is specifically designed for architects who are excited by the technical, analytical, international, and operational side of the profession.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to identify architects with strong technical capabilities, motivation, and potential for long‑term growth within our team.

Step 1 – Online Skills Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment evaluating technical, analytical, and professional competencies relevant to the role.

Step 2 – In-Person Interview

Candidates who successfully complete the assessment will be invited to meet our team for an in-person interview. We will discuss their professional experience, technical capabilities, career aspirations, and alignment with Lane’s working culture.

Step 3 – Offer

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join Lane People & Projects as a Junior Architect and become part of our growing international Design Team.

Build Your Future With Us

If you’re excited by the idea of building a career beyond traditional architectural practice, working in an international environment, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to projects that create real operational impact, this opportunity is for you.

We look forward to hearing from you.
