Job summary

Skretting, a global leader in sustainable aquaculture nutrition, is seeking a Sales Representative in Türkiye to promote Nutreco values and services to existing and potential customers.

You will develop and execute sales plans, acquire new accounts, and strengthen relationships to meet commercial objectives. This role collaborates with the Technical Sales Advisor, requires travel within Türkiye and abroad, and prefers a Bachelor's in related field and 2 years' experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of aquaculture industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Türkiye and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned area.
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
• Maintain trust-based relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the Technical Sales Advisor on complex deals.
• Travel regularly within Türkiye and abroad.
