Job summary

Buhler Group Türkiye, based in Izmir, is seeking a skilled Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage accounting, tax, and finance operations. You will ensure accurate reconciliations, processing of bank transactions, invoicing, and month-end closings while supporting the Finance Manager in reporting.

You will coordinate with service, sales, and order management teams, perform journal entries, and participate in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Fluency in English.
Active user skills of Logo-Netsis 3 Standard and SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity planning; liaise with banks to optimize services.
Process vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections.
Record daily bank transactions in the ERP system.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations and payments.
Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and monthly close activities.
Support financial reporting under IFRS/Swiss GAAP and local regulations.
