Job summary

Azerion is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Turkey to provide staff IT support and manage internal IT operations from A to Z. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT services and user support across the organization.

You will handle device lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, manage licenses, and work with vendors. Based in Turkey's Marmara region (Maltepe), this role covers an afternoon shift from 12pm to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role (minimum 1 year).
• Proficient with macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of device security practices and updates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with terminal commands.
• Experience managing business partners and vendors.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to staff and manage internal IT operations end-to-end.
• Oversee device lifecycle: purchasing, installation, configuration, and off-boarding.
• Troubleshoot issues related to devices, accounts, network, and printers.
• Manage software licenses.
