Job summary

Azerion, a leading digital advertising and entertainment media platform, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support staff and manage internal IT operations from A to Z. The role focuses on device lifecycle, troubleshooting across devices, accounts, networks and printers, and license management.

Fluency in English is required, with experience in macOS and Windows. Based in Turkey, afternoon shift 12pm–8pm is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Excellent with computers and proficient in macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Able to troubleshoot a range of device, account, network and printer issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the lifecycle of devices: purchases, setup, configuration, account management, software upgrades, and off-boarding.
• Troubleshoots device, account, network and printer issues for staff.
• Manages software licenses and ensures security of devices and services.
