Job summary

Mavi Gök Airlines in Antalya is seeking an IT Staff member to join our growing operations. You will deliver remote and on-site user support, manage account provisioning, install and maintain computers, printers, and phones, and ensure issue resolution with proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years IT Helpdesk experience, strong Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AD, and networking basics, and willingness to relocate within Turkey.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant IT field from a university.
• At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD.
• Familiarity with AD user/group management and endpoint tools.
• Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Printer, scanner and peripheral support experience.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good communication, problem solving and team player mindset.
• Based in Antalya or willing to relocate; English B1+; military service compliance for males.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for end users on hardware, software, and access issues.
• Manage user accounts and authorization processes.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones and IT gear.
• Log, prioritize and resolve incoming support requests.
• Support Microsoft 365 and other corporate applications.
• Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory management.
• Adhere to information security policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes.

• You hold a degree from a relevant university department,
• You have at least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk operations,
• You are proficient in Windows operating systems,
• You have experience with Microsoft 365 administration,
• You have knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Entra ID,
• You are familiar with Active Directory user and group management,
• You have experience with endpoint management tools,
• You have knowledge of basic networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi,
• You have experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes,
• You can provide support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices,
• You are familiar with ticket management systems,

• You are a team player who can take initiative and ownership of responsibilities,
• You are based in Antalya or willing to relocate,
• You have English proficiency at B1 level or above,
